NHD-ST1-BT817, Newhaven Display

The NHD-ST1-BT817 is an SPI Controller Board designed to work with Newhaven Display’s 2.1″ Round IPS TFTs, as well as the 2.9″ and 4.0″ TFTs with Capacitive Touch or without. The SPI Controller Board is built with Bridgetek’s BT817 embedded video engine (EVE) graphics controller which integrates display, audio, and touch functionality into a single chip. This board simplifies evaluation and prototyping by driving both the display and touch through simple SPI commands rather than low-level driver code. With user-accessible FFC and IDC connectors, it’s designed to help engineers move from idea to realization faster.
